Dependant children – usually a situation wherein a grandparent, uncle, aunt, or older sibling has to step in and take charge of caring for and raising a minor child, often the offspring of an irresponsible, Incapacitated, incarcerated or deceased parent
Elderly or dependant adults

Unable to provide properly for his or her personal needs for physical health, food, clothing or shelter
Substantially unable to manage his or her own financial resources or resist fraud or undue influence
